Concerts, comedian shows, basketball initiation or makeup workshop … for its 50th anniversary, Kinder organized an exceptional birthday party!
To facilitate the experience of the 5000 people of the public, the Kinder event agency « Havas Event » called on OuiBeat and Connect & GO to deploy a device of:
• RFID access control:
+ 20 airlocks to accredit audiences and VIPs.
• security:
Each child had a lost emergency number on their bracelet so that the hosts could scan it to quickly notify their parents.
• mobile photos:
Mobile photographers were on the move with a connected SLR to take pictures of the children up close. A simple scan allowed families to recover the photos in their email inbox.
• quiz:
An RFID quiz. 8 families facing an animator could scan their bracelets to answer the musical quiz
• social wall on giant screens:
Broadcast and analyze in real time Twitter + Instagram posts #KinderFamily # Kinder50ans and photos of the event and broadcast on the Social Wall screens of the event.
