Saint-Lazare store opening
For the opening of its new Saint-Lazare store in Paris, SEPHORA asked OUIBEAT to boost its UGC creation. This new store was an opportunity for SEPHORA to modernize its CRM approach by giving customers a click & collect service. These new beauty hubs let customers pick up their items within two hours of an online purchase.
With its 16 screens, the social wall behind the store tills was a source of genuine enthusiasm on social media. The social wall displayed content generated by SEPHORA customers and influencers along with brand content. It was also used for live broadcasts of highlights from the evening.
Velizy 2 store opening
On 1 December 2018, Sephora France opened a new store in the Velizy 2 shopping centre, with an appearance by sponsor and YouTuber Sananas. Azilis Communication was the event planner.
OuiBeat was asked to handle the digital aspects of the event. To meet visibility targets, a specially designed concept was created: all content posted by guests on social media raised the mark on a gauge.
To get guests to post more content and create more buzz about the activation, several surprises – marked by activities on the social wall – were revealed when different levels were reached.
